The 5PM Score
The Score runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not saved after you close or restart the assessment. If you download your results, the file stays on your device.
Consultation inquiries
If you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, organization, message, and your confirmation that we may respond. The form sends these details over an encrypted connection through our website host (Netlify) to our customer-relationship system (HubSpot), where we keep a record of the inquiry. HubSpot emails us a notice of each new inquiry, and we reply by email through our email provider (Zoho Mail). We use these details only to respond to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Technical information
Our website host processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, the inquiry service keeps a hashed record of the sending address in memory for ten minutes and a hashed fingerprint of each submission for up to 24 hours, and logs a reference number and time for each inquiry. It does not log what you wrote.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking tools.
How long we keep inquiries
If an inquiry does not lead to a client engagement, we delete it, including the record in our customer-relationship system and the related emails, within 24 months of our last contact with you. If we work together, we keep the records needed to deliver the engagement and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing dashiek@the5pmcompany.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor them. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in an inquiry.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it here with a new effective date.
